Accountability starts before a single item is distributed. Our field teams in Cameroon conduct a thorough census and needs assessment to identify vulnerable households in the North West, South West, and relocation zones.
Based on this data, Hegel and the Germany-based team draft a specific implementation plan. Only after this plan is finalized does coordination with local partners begin for the distribution phase.
Following distribution, the team provides factual updates consisting of field logs, photo documentation, and video verification to ensure every contribution is accounted for.
Protecting the dignity and safety of those we serve is our highest priority.
We adhere to strict humanitarian ethics regarding media and data protection. This is particularly important for displaced families and those living in sensitive zones.
To ensure the safety of vulnerable households, we do not publish exact addresses or identifiable details of minors in our public reports. All shared media is captured with the intent of showing progress while respecting the community's right to privacy and safety.
This project is strictly humanitarian. We focus entirely on the relief of vulnerable families and displaced persons across Cameroon. We maintain a non-political stance and do not support any political groups, agendas, or ideologies.
